At Yehudah Training Institute, the Bakery Training Program teaches students how to produce high-quality baked goods while equipping them with the business skills to succeed in the growing food industry.

Why Bakery?

     Bread is a staple in Ugandan homes, and the demand for baked goods continues to grow in schools, hospitals, markets, and homes. With minimal startup costs, baking is one of the most accessible and scalable trades. Our program helps students turn flour and fire into income and impact.
