The foundation of the Yehudah Training Institute begins with two critical components: the Administration Block and the 10-Classroom Building with Library & Computer Lab. These structures will form the backbone of the entire campus—enabling leadership, learning, and long-term impact.
Administration Block
Empowering Leadership & Sustainable Operations
The Administration Block is the campus command center—driving leadership, coordination, and support to keep the school running efficiently and effectively every day.
Administrative Offices: For principal, department heads, registrar, and finance staff
Staff Workrooms: Secure spaces for planning, grading, and mentoring
Meeting Rooms: For leadership meetings, community liaisons, and collaborative planning
Reception Area: Welcoming guests, students, and visiting partners
Record Storage: Secure location for student records, donor documentation, and operational files
10-Classroom Building with Library & Computer Lab
A Launchpad for Learning & Transformation
This multi-purpose academic block will host the first generation of YTI students and serve as a catalyst for educational and spiritual growth. Each classroom is designed to support both theoretical and practical learning.
Classroom Features:
10 Fully Equipped Classrooms for diverse vocational programs (woodwork, tailoring, plumbing, etc.)
Natural Ventilation & Lighting for a healthy and sustainable learning environment
Furniture & Whiteboards designed for hands-on teaching styles
Library Features:
Book Shelving & Study Tables for quiet research and reading
Curriculum Textbooks across all trades and disciplines
Open Space for workshops, tutoring, and quiet reflection
Computer Lab Features:
Up to 40 Workstations with secure power and internet
Basic to Advanced IT Training from word processing to entrepreneurship and coding
Teacher Station for instruction and supervision
Why It Matters:
This building will be the first home for hundreds of future tradespeople, entrepreneurs, and leaders. The library will foster a culture of learning and literacy, while the computer lab will connect students to the digital world—an essential component of modern education and business.
